The thickness of slide material directly affects the quality of slide rail

In the slide rails in the hardware industry, the material thickness of the three-section slide rails commonly used in ordinary drawers is generally 1.0*1.0*1.2mm, and the higher-grade slide rail is 1.2*1.2*1.4mm. This is the thickness of the standard three-section slide rail, and the thickness of the heavy-duty three-section slide rail will be thicker. However, some slide rail manufacturers, in order to save the cost of the slide rail, have produced 0.8mm, 0.7mm or even 0.6mm material thickness of the slide rail. When the thickness of the slide rail is thinner, its load-bearing capacity will be lower. The thickness of the material will not only affect the load-bearing capacity of the slide rail, but also directly affect the quality of the slide rail. If the material is too thin, the overall effect and quality of the slide rail will be reduced. So in the choice of hardware slide rail, do not in order to save a little bit of cost and let the quality of the whole product is affected, because of small losses!
